Travel and Arrival Information

Brisbane’s International and Domestic Airports are located approximately 15 – 20 minutes (20km) from the city centre and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. An integrated transport ticketing system known as TransLink is available throughout the city by way of ferry, train and bus services. Please refer to www.translink.com.au for all public transport enquiries.

Airtrain
Brisbane’s Airtrain is the fastest, cheapest and most reliable way to travel via public transport from the Brisbane Airport to the city centre and return. Airtrain services run every 15 minutes during peak hours, and every 30 minutes outside of these hours; the express, air-conditioned journey takes only 20 minutes.
The airport stations are located directly outside the Domestic and International Terminals and connect with five Brisbane CBD stations covering the majority of downtown Brisbane.

The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is located directly behind the South Brisbane train station. Train tickets are open for 2 hours, so delegates can disembark the train, check into a hotel, and then continue their journey to the Convention Centre all on one ticket.

For more information, visit www.airtrain.com.au.

Taxi
Taxi ranks are conveniently located at both the International and Domestic Terminals. The Domestic Terminal rank is situated at the front of the airport, whilst the International Terminal rank can be found at the northern end of Arrivals on level 2.
